Having the right number of containers to ensure efficient production is one of the biggest challenges in the automotive industry ecosystem today. The fact that Ideas Forward managed to understand the problem and propose robust and effective solutions quickly and accurately surprised me. We managed to involve plants from 5 countries in the project, unravel a complex ecosystem, leverage trust in transactional activities, gain real-time visibility of our assets, and achieve the goals set out with flying colours.
